| POTTERY RULES! POTTERY PICKUPS Pottery painted today will be ready in 7 days after 4p.m. unless otherwise specified. PUT YOUR NAME ON YOUR PIECE Please be sure to write your name on your piece with a special GLAZE PENCIL to help us properly identify it when you pick it up as on occasion customers have accidentally taken home someone else’s piece if it was painted similar or their child did it, etc. and there was no name. RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR PICKUP Customers without receipts must sign in at the front desk, properly identify their piece(s), and list the items which they are picking up. Name, phone number and proper ID may be requested. Do not send someone else to pick up your piece(s) for you unless they were here the day you painted it and they can properly identify which piece is yours. If you send someone to pickup your piece, your name must be written on the piece and properly identified at the studio. We reserve the right to withhold pickups until proper identification can be made. POTTERY LEFT AT THE STUDIO We are not responsible for pieces (finished or unfinished) abandoned more than 60 days past the pickup date or purchase date written on your receipt. These pieces will be marked and then donated to charity whenever possible. They cannot be recovered and will not be replaced. Please pick up your pottery promptly. FORMS OF PAYMENT We ABSOLUTELY LOVE cash! We like check too! And we will happily accept Debits, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover if that's all you have! There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. | The Pottery Piazza uses only lead-free glazes in every phase of our operations. Our goal is to provide our customers with a fun artistic experience in a safe environment. As the owner of this studio, I am pleased with the quality we are able to produce using lead-free glazes. | *Our studio closes 1 hour early on these days if there are no active painters remaining in the studio. Last seating to paint is 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing time. Please plan to pick up finished pottery at least 1 hour before closing on these days. Closed Sundays, July 1st through Labor Day Weekend. Closed Mondays with the exception of school vacation days and December. |

| We welcome friendly leashed pets and their owners coming in to get their paw prints stamped on pottery. We have plaques, mugs, tiles, treat jars, pet dishes, frames and more! It makes a wonderful keepsake for any pet lover. Maybe try a really unique piece like a wine cork, ornament, piggy bank, or make a family hand print platter and include your pets print too! Please call the studio to make an appointment 24 hours before so we can advise you of the best time to bring your pet in when the studio is less busy and when we do not have a children's party going on. A second helper who the pet is familiar with would be great to assist with the prints but it's not necessary. Pets are welcome to stay for the length needed to make the prints. Owners will need to return at a later time to paint the pottery or have the second helper take the pet home so the owner can take the time to paint comfortably and the pet is not distracted by other painters and vice versa. We can also custom paint your pet's pottery on request, please inquire about pricing and details based on your needs. |

| My 6 and 9 yr. old boys absolutely love it there at Pottery Piazza!! We have been there quite a few times and continue to go. We have made several gifts for family whom have loved the pieces. You have such a fantastic variety of items to paint, sometimes it makes it difficult to chose what we are going to make that day; which also helps with telling the boys "maybe we can do that one next time" and there is always a "next time"! Your staff there at the wonderful studio you have is amazing! They are extremely nice, very friendly and "bend over backwards" helpful and accommodating!! We had one incident with a crack in one of the pieces we had painted as a gift; not only did we receive a prompt phone call explaining what had happened, but your staff went above and beyond what we ever imagined to make good on an uncontrollable mistake.
