Walk-in customers do not need a reservation as seating is on a first come, first serve basis and we usually have plenty of space. However, we highly recommend reservations if you expect your group to be 10 or more people so that we may plan table seating accordingly ahead of your arrival time. Depending on your specific large group request, we may require a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold seating for groups of 10 or more but we will inform you if that is the case.
Specific monthly recurring studio events such as Ladies Night, we occasionally reach seating capacity. For this reason, we highly recommend completing a reservation request below so we have seating for you and your group.
You may also use this form to inquire about general party scheduling availability for parties and groups of 10 or more people wishing to reserve the Party Room or for requesting availability for events offsite at your location or to reserve a Pottery Party Kit To Go.
Classes or other events that require advanced payment or a deposit cannot be reserved with this form. You must register online with payment located under the SHOP tab above or through the specific page with the class/event description or by calling the studio directly at 860-517-8553 to pay by phone.
If this is a time sensitive inquiry or a reservation within the next 48 hours, you may want to call the studio directly at 860-517-8553 to confirm seating availability as completing this form does not guarantee that we can accommodate the request. Once we receive your reservation request, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm availability and if there are any additional steps needed.
