If you like to play with fire or you just couldn't make it before our official deadline and you really hope to have it ready for Christmas, please paint your pottery piece and finish it before 3pm today.

We will do everything in our power to get it through the kiln and have it fired and ready in time for you to have it for Christmas but we cannot give you any sort of guarantee and we won't know for sure until your piece actually makes it into our last firing load of the holiday season which will be 12/22 around closing time. If we cannot fit it in the kiln (either for kiln or weather reasons, or we just have too many other pieces painted before yours that wont all fit in the kiln)... Worst case is you have to pick it up a few days after Christmas, but at least you made them something and if you took a picture of yourself smiling while you painted it, you could wrap that and give it to them until you can give them the real thing! ;)

Oh, and did we mention we don't charge a rush fee for pottery you painted last minute? If we think we can get it done in time, we'll rush it complimentary! Happy Holidays to you!

Those pieces we can get into the 12/22 last firing that fire as planned, they will be ready for pick up on 12/24 from 11am-4pm.*

This is all assuming the Kiln Gods and Weather Gods are in our favor, you know, the things outside of even our expert control. Say if a kiln breaks, or there's a weather emergency that causes us to close or lose working hours, it most likely will delay your piece until after the holiday.

WE GET SO MANY CALLS WITH THIS QUESTION AND IT ACTUALLY SLOWS OUR STAFF DOWN FROM GETTING THOSE KILNS LOADED AND RUNNING BECAUSE WE ARE ANSWERING YOUR PHONE CALL INSTEAD OF DOING THE WORK YOU WANT US TO DO. WE TOTALLY UNDERSTAND YOUR EXCITEMENT, BUT PLEASE PATIENTLY WAIT UNTIL 12/24 AND YOU CAN CALL JUST BEFORE YOU'RE READY TO COME IN FOR PICK UP TO CONFIRM THOSE COMPLIMENTARY RUSHED PIECES ARE READY FOR YOU.
