PAINTING DEADLINE: LAST DAY TO PAINT FOR A 12/24 PICK-UP:

Please note that our normal turnaround time is 7 days to have your pottery glazed, fired and ready for you to pick up. Our shop elves are working overtime to get anything you paint by the end of the day on 12/21 rushed through our kiln firing process. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your items will be ready on 12/24 for pick up, many things about this hand-made processes can affect that and it’s in the kiln-god’s hands so to speak. If you want to guarantee that the pottery you painted will be ready for Christmas, we suggest coming in as early as possible to paint your items, with at least 7 days minimum prior to 12/24. Custom painted pottery (pottery painted by our staff for you) should also be ordered at least a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of your desired pick-up date.
