The absolute “Paint It Yourself ” Deadline is December 21st for pickup on December 24th from 10am-2pm… but don’t delay if you can help it -Shop Elves are working overtime! Please note that if you are painting anything within 7 days of December 24th, while we make every effort to have your pottery glazed and fired as expected and on time, your pottery is in the hands of our Kiln Gods… there are many factors outside of our control that can affect our ability to get your pottery to you in time for the holidays such as inclement weather, power outages, and unexpected kiln breakdowns. In the event something is delayed, we will do our best to rush process whatever we can, however, in the end, we do not offer any sort of guarantee that your pottery will be ready when expected. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for unexpected delays outside of our control. Please create your special pieces early and with time to spare and plan accordingly.
