Animal Pinch Pot Snack Bowl Workshop

Let your child's imagination come to life in clay!

Join our professional clay instructor, Dani, for a fun, hands-on workshop where kids will learn the art of hand-building while creating two adorable pinch pot snack bowls inspired by their favorite animals! Whether they dream up a cat, frog, fox, panda, bunny, dinosaur, or an entirely unique creature, every set of bowls will be one-of-a-kind.

Using simple hand-building techniques, children will learn how to form pinch pots, add ears, feet, tails, faces, and other fun details as Dani guides them step-by-step through the entire process. No previous clay experience is needed!

After class, we'll carefully dry and bisque fire each child's creations. About 10 days later, families can return during our regular business hours to paint and glaze their bowls in any colors they'd like. Our friendly staff will show you exactly how to glaze them before we complete the final firing.

About a week later, your child's finished bowls will be shiny, colorful, food-safe, and ready to enjoy for snacks, ice cream, fruit, cereal, jewelry, treasures—or whatever they can imagine! We use only non-toxic glazes, making these bowls both functional and safe for everyday use.

Class Fee: $39 per child

Parent & Drop-Off Information

• Ages 12 and up may be dropped off for class.

• Children ages 8–11 should have a parent or guardian present, or may be dropped off after a parent or guardian signs our contact and waiver form at drop-off.

• Due to limited classroom seating, please limit attendance to one adult per family if staying for class.

Advance registration is required so we can prepare all clay and materials before class.

General Information about Pottery Classes:

Class fee is required at sign up will allow us to prepare your materials for class. The fee is non-refundable as there is a lot of preparation for our staff to create a great event for you. If you cannot make class, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead. You are welcome to substitute or transfer your class booking to a friend or we will happily offer you a studio credit for a future walk-in pottery painting session. No experience or artistic talent needed- our instructors walk you through the class step by step with lots of design tips to get great results! Please be on time or up to 15 minutes early for class, late arrivals will not be able to get individual catch-up instruction and arriving late is disruptive to your instructor and fellow class participants- thank you in advance for being conscientious. Beverages are welcome.
