Personalization:1/case *EXCLUSIVE PERSONALIZED BISQUE! Two Lines of text available (1st line up to 3 letters ie. THE)(2nd line up to 10 letters). The lettering will vary in Style from one item to another, each item is one of a kind hand-cut with no stencils. Lead time to be custom cut, fired, and shipped to our studio is to 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year. Clip in Electrical light cord is included. Light bulbs and any other pictured accessories are not included. Paint time not included. Piece is shown painted for example purposes only.
Purchase price includes the pottery, cut-out personalization text, tax and shipping to our studio. It DOES NOT include the cost of glazing/firing or any custom painting. This piece arrives at the studio as unpainted white bisque. We will call you as soon as it arrives so you may come in to paint it. You will need to pay for your regular paint time as usual when you come in to paint your custom ordered piece and have it fired.
- Please come in to paint or pick up your item within 1 week of arrival as we have limited holding space and these arrive in a large padded box just for you for storage and safe keeping.
- You must specify exactly what you want written and with spelling and punctuation correct. Pottery Piazza is not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions. If there’s breakage during shipping, it will be re-ordered with our supplier, not refunded (please allow extra time for a replacement).
- Custom Cut-Out Snowmen Lanterns will also automatically include stars and dots cut out in the piece at no additional charge.
- If you do not wish to have a name/lettering cut out, you can request “no lettering”. If you request no lettering: On pumpkins, you will just receive a standard Jack O’ Lantern cutout style look with eyes, nose, mouth and with Snowmen you will just have the star and dots cut out and any other cuts as shown in the sample picture for that specific snowman type.
